Put the timing belt on and marked it on the cams and crank. Turned it all the way over twice. I jumps a tooth to the left each time but I have read that it is supposed to do that. What concerns me is that when I lined the crank back up, the passenger side cam did not line up with its timing mark on the backing plate, the drivers side was close.

I'm leaning towards buying a new harmonic balancer and leaving the woodruff key as is. I think it will hold fine especially if I get it torqued good.
