91 runner Front Heater Fan Blower, very load, sounds like a helicopte!.

Looking for some help. I just bought a 91 runner a few weeks ago, and the heat is a little week, gets hot fine, just doesn't blow hard enough, also it makes a load hummin noise. I think I just need to take the fan out and clean it up.

Basically I am wondering how to do that, and if anyone has detailed pictures on the removal and installation? Also any other ideas anyone has?

I did this not too long ago, but didn't take pictures
Its located on the passenger side by your feet
you will have to remove the glove box, the plastic kick panel on the pass side, and its a big pita
Its held on by 8? bolts/screws
I suggest having a warm garage and a good 8 hours or so to do it....

Thanks for the help, I figured it would be a timely process. But if anyone has any pic's that would be awesome. Or detailed instructions.
