3VZE - Retorque the Head after Head Gasktet Replacement

In another recent post I noticed that on the 4 cyl engine it was recommended to retorque the heads after 500 miles or so after a head gasket was replaced.

Does anyone know if this is something that also needs to be done on the 3vze engine?
