Just converting headlights and all that (no sheet metal) will be wayy cheaper than converting front clips...
****, im sure if you were good with a dremel you could make anything work.. but on that token you don't wanna be the guy barrelling down the road with some loose ass hids flying all around, do you? Think it through, buy em and flip em if you cant use em..hell.

well idk brother, this brings You to the Form vs. Function argument....what this would cost You (Either in dollars, or dollars AND your time) is most likely (not for sure) not worth it.
I think your time and money would be better invested. $0.02 of course

i know that! but i think all i would need to do is fenders, corner makers, grille and maybe the hood. i just wanted to know if it has been done before
And probably radiator support! Would the body lines match on the fenders/doors? I've seen it done on a 3rd gen. The guy put like an 03ish Tacoma front clip on it. It looked awesome! But the body lines were the same. I would do some more research on it if I were you cause I'm not sure it would look right
