Exclamation EFI fuse keeps blowing. Please Help!

Truck: 1990 Toyota 4runner, v6 auto 4x4

So my truck decided to die on the side of the road yesterday. The motor would crank over but would not start. After doing a bunch of trouble shooting I noticed that the 15A fuse for EFI was fried. I put a new fuse in, then pulled it right out and it was okay. Then I put the fuse back in (using a 20A), and turned the ingition to try and start. No go. Sure enough the EFI fuse was blown again. Tried once more and had the same result. Ended up having to get towed home. So there is a short somewhere, that I'm quite possitive about. I'm just wondering what wiring I should check with knowing the details above? I was thinking ignition to starter wiring? Could the starter short out internally? Any suggestions? Thanks guys

I have some more info that might help trouble shoot the problem. Yesterday I looked at my started connection (the big power wire) and the connection was all corroded. I took the connection off and cleaned it all up. The weird thing was that the nut that held the connection together looked like it had some remainace of an existing wire melted to it. I'm wondering if this melted(and missing) wire was the one shorting out the EFI fuse and then it eventually just blew off (so to speak). I can't find a loose wire that might have been connected at the starter point for the life of me. Any idea of a secondary that would be running to the starter? Where it would be coming from. Also, I'm not blowing the EFI fuse anymore. I checked my spark and I'm not getting any?! I changed the coil and still no spark. I'm thinking this mystery wire is my problem but I have no idea where it would be coming from? Thanks.

Ooooo, so there's multiple cables within that big cable that go to the starter? K, I'll take a look. Thanks

This is a shot of the starter power cable connection (just below black boot). Now, should there be another wire that runs to this same power post on the starter?
