i dont know anything about this.
i am new to 4runners and know nothing about suspension, but what is this? just thought it was strange to seecotter pins on a suspension component.

looks like some sort of "quick diss connect" .. pull the pins , and it frees up the suspens to travel ..
would need some more pics to clarify though !!

looks like the anti-sway bar disconnects on my old ladies Jeep. is there one on both sides of a sway bar there?

I would take it to a mechanic and let them have a peek. They won't charge ya.
