Intake and Roof Rack

Here are a link to my facebook page w/ the pics of the roof ack and intake pipe. Roof rack still needs painting and the light tabs to be finished up.

Nice runner. I was iffy about the gold when I bought mine, but it is probably my favorite color in the 2nd gen besides gray.

Thanks. I got this through a trade and didnt like the chrome and gold together so I flat blacked all the chrome w/ rattle can. Some light scuffing and then sprayed. Plus I didnt feel like cleaning the chrome all the time and the w/ the black you cant really tell

Intake

So does your new intake really make a difference?

I cant really tell no difference. Other than it looks cool. got the couplings from Autozone cause some of the previous post said to use PVC couplings and they are way to big. I cant even hear it like others have said. Also the timing was way out so I got that readjusted so it runs smoother but that doesnt have anything to do w. the intake.

Thanks. Yea I know it is. lol. Got it done and was putting on light brackets after I found the ones I wanted and had to make tabs to bolt them to. Got a few more tabs to put on and then it is getting pained black w/ the alkalide I think its called. Suppose to kill rust and not bleed through. You cant brush it on and when it dries it is smooth.

Yeah, if you don't get rid of the rust it will stain the paint on your roof and probably down each side of the quarters.

My T4R is the same color and I really like it too.
