1995 4runner core support/radiator support bolted vs. welded into frame

I have a 1995 4runner and i am buying parts from random places found on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market

i found a core support/radiator support at a used parts yard on a 1993 4runner but they told me it had to be cut out because it was welded in. mine is bolted in. does anyone know if they went from welding core supports/radiator supports to bolting them into 4runners after 1993?

Thanks !

OK - i guess i was looking at the wrong thing when i looked under my hood. just to be stubborn about this, if mine is bolted in for whatever reason, can i use a core support from a parts yard that i have them cut out and then just drill out bolt holes and bolt it in place?

The reason why yours was bolted because it was in accident before. All toyota truck core supports are spot welded on. But the plus side on this you can unbolt your old one and drill the new one and bolt it on so in a small way this worked out for your benefit.
