She ain't starting

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum. My names Brian Christensen.
I got a 1992 4runner with the 3.0 V6 and the 4 wheel drive. Today I went out to turn her on and she didn't feel like starting. I was driving the 4runnner on Saturday night and she was running just fine. Since then, I haven't driving her. Came out a few hours ago and she would tryin to start but was getting no fuel it seems. Battery is fine. Spark plug wires seem good. I had trouble with the fuel pump back in August. One day it was fine, the next morning it wouldn't start. So me and my mechanic buddy got her all changed out and there have been no problems until today. So, with the fuel pump in mind, I had my buddy turn the key to "ON" while I listened to here if it was pumping. As far as i know, she was making no noise.
It had been cold since I drove her Saturday, but not too bad. The lowest its been has been probably somewhere between 10 to 15 outside. At first I was thinking fuel lines froze, but it isn't that cold. And I know gas doesn't freeze until like negative a billion, so that couldn't be it. I doubt any water got in there and froze because it was running just fine Saturday.
Any explanations? I was planning on heading home tomorrow for Christmas, but I guess not.

sounds like you've diagnosed it yourself. if your starter and plugs are OK and your feul pump isnt making any noise when its trying to turn over you have a feul problem. If you want to be 100 % sure pull out your plug wires and see if they shock you when it turns over. sounds scary but you wont get more than a little zap. Once you have eliminated the starter and plugs the only missing part of your engine running is the feul. If your tank is empty the pump should be louder than norm, and you should still be able to hear it with a full tank. Get someone to turn it over again and give it a good listen

Yeah I'll give it a better listen. It was cold and I was busy when I went out and noticed it wasn't working. Maybe she'll fire right up in the morning. You never know...

Well just in case anyone was wondering, the 4runner is running again. I went out this morning and try to start her...still nothing. So I took off the little plate held in by three screws under the passagner side back seat and gave her a listen. No sound.
I am a college student so I couldn't do anything on the snow covered ground, and didn't have all my tools, so I called the Auto Shop down the road and they had it towed (cost me 50 bucks to tow my dang car a 1/4 mile. guess no one has a truck and tow strap around me).
They looked at it. No call back for hours. So, impatient and wanting to get home for Christmas break, I called them back .They said it fired right up when they went to test it. They didn't even touch it. I paid them $45 dollars to turn my key. Kind of pissed about that.
So they ended up finding nothing wrong...and I paid $108 total to get my car tow a thousand feet, and have it turned on.
Any thoughts on what happened? It wasn't the fuel pump. I'm thinking something in the fuel delivery system froze but who knows. I drove it home 250 miles and it ran like a champ.

Had to have frozen. Gas will freeze at that temp if there's not a lot of it. When it's below freezing, don't go below 1/4 tank.
