Mods instructions and builds ? where are the best

I am looking for a list and instructions for mods to my 4 runner...
on the top of my list is the v6 brake upgrades, exhaust, Dual transfer cases.

It would be helpful to have a thread of the best mods with instructions? it would save a few of use time hunting down mod instructions?

You'll learn a lot more by doing the work yourself, instead of having it spoon fed to you, and that includes research. GOOGLE is your friend.

What would you do if you didn't have the internet ??

That said, there's a nice little gem of an old site out there: Project: 4Crawler

I stumbled upon this one once and bookmarked it:
http://www.toyotaresourcescom.com/

However, I just checked it, and its not coming up. Marlincrawler has some good forums too.
