cold start injector timer siwtch location

My 91 3.0 is having cold start issues. When engaging the ignition she will crank for a good 3-5 seconds till it sputters into life. The drive-ability is fine. After searching and checking my cold start injector, my next step is the timer switch. I understand that it is in the back of the engine. Can I access it? Any tips to get to it? A picture and guidance is my humble request . Thank you
Willy

Did you pull the cold start injector and actually clean it?

The time switch is at the back of the block on top right next to the coolant temp switch. There are two of them side by side. Just to the DS of center.
