blown fuse during jump start?

I don't drive my 1987 4-runner much and needed to and it was dead (there is a small electrical drain to the radio). Anyway, I jumped it and drove alittle bit but accidentally turned it off before charging battery enough.

My friend then helped hook up the charging cables and didn't do in proper order and all power went out (the dome light had been working at that point) and it would not jump at all.

Could my fuse be blown? I was reading the fuse box is near the clutch... Do you know what type of fuse and how many I need? Is there another location where fuses are that might need changing too?

Check the fusible links in the engine bay fuse box. They are larger than a normal fuse, and they don't pull out from the top like a regular fuse.
