Rust Repair

Thanks to mpleitez, I have a replacement OEM bumper and hitch.
Getting ready to install, but know that I had better attack some of the rust.

I'm not stranger to Bondo and some sheet metal welding, and I'm getting a mig welder this weekend.
But I'm looking for advice that you may have on the particular areas I need to repair.

I'm planning on cutting and grinding out the worst of it, and using POR15, as I have read on here. Never tried treating rust, and always had it come back.
Anyone have any photos or tips for the rear corners and that spot by the rear passenger doors?

This patch panel does not seem to cover the effected area.

Found it here: http://www.alfaparts.net/toyota4r.htm

you will either need to make your own , or find a good used one .. Toyota does not even have those repair panels avaliable anymore ..

toyotafiberglass.com has STEEL weld in "dog legs" .. but thats it ..
