start the vehicle several times to see if the starter/starter relay is working properly.
make sure the engine is cold when you look at it..start it up and immediatley check and see if white smoke is coming out tailpipe { could be sign of antifreeze leak in a cyclinder} .
the vehicle is 21 years old...so that is very low mileage for a vehicle that old...I hope its the TRUE mileage.
check all the powered windows/rear windows to see if they work...
does it have air conditioning ?

Oil looks normal. No indication of coolant present.
Started fine a number of times in a row.
No white smoke upon cold start.
Mileage is confirmed to be true.
Power windows, rear windows all work. Back seat windows roll halfway down and come to a crawl, but continue to go down. What to do about this? Simple WD-40?
AC works and blows cold!
Other than the bit of rust on the rear fenders and sunroof not functioning it seems like a good deal, correct? Current owner said sunroof did work at one point in the last year or so. Is it most likely the motor? Switch? Not a big deal, though.
What size front & rear speakers does this T4R use? I'm an audio nut and the first thing I'm going to do (if I buy) is replace them. I'd also like to run an amp for a small subwoofer and am wondering the best way to do this.
Any and all help is much appreciated!
