High-mileage oil
What is the difference with "high mileage" 10W-30 and regular 10W-30. It seems to me that at almost twice the price, remaining the same weight, your paying for the words on the bottle that say "high mileage"

You got it.

Just use a good oil and change it every 3000-3500 mi.

heck, it's probably cheaper just to buy a bottle of engine restorer or some other complete engine treatment, isnt it?
