An electric fan does not use a clutch, belt driven ones do.
Since neither the 22RE or 3VZE engines ever came with an e-fan, there is no direct bolt-in application. You would have to devise mounting, wiring, t-stat installation, etc on your own. It is done quite often, so if you do a little research you will find plenty of info.
If the clutch on your stock belt driven fan is bad, replacing it would be much simpler.
