WTB- 31" tires- socal

My wife has a 1991 toyota 4runner Gold/tan color, and i would like to get a decent set of used 31" tires for now to get us out of trouble, the tires that are on there now are Dry rotted and 1 of them is bubbling on the side. any help or info would be great.
