Just throwing this out there as an alternative, but check out the link in my signature for an Auto dimming rear view mirror with compass and homelink. Don't remember exactly, but I think the price from the dealer for the piece you are looking for is right around $100, maybe more, just to have the homelink buttons. For $150 I got the homelink buttons, plus an auto dimming rear view mirror with a compass. Good luck whatever route you go.
