Right Toyota in N. Scottsdale, AZ
I just completed my write up about my experiences at Toyota of Seattle, which were not good. So I wanted to change gears and talk about my experiences at Right Toyota.
First of all I'm generally not the type of person to write these kind of reviews. But I am here sitting at work with down time. Luckily next week I am back out in the field!
I have always had a great experience at Right Toyota. They are friendly when they greet you. I always feel like I am being taken care of and I'm not just another face. Each time I get a full print out of the inspection on the truck. I had my timing belt done there and they put my in a loaner car which at the time was a new experience and I very much enjoyed that. They also have great facilities. Large waiting room, fun little parts area, and snacks. The only person there who doesn't seem to enjoy being at work is the cashier for the parts and service area.
My last experience was to get my oil changed. They have the wonderful $25 oil change. I let my service advisor know that I drove 2 hours just to go to Right Toyota because of the service I receive each time. He thanked me by giving me a free oil change for my next service for my loyalty.
So, if you are familiar with Right Toyota, what has been your experience. Good and bad.
Within the next 3-5 years I am going to be looking at getting a 5th Gen 4Runner, anyone have experiences buying from them?
