Great Experience
I recently bought my 2015 T4R from Rick Hendrick Toyota Wilmington, NC. I spoke to a young lady on the phone and came up with a number that I was willing to pay. When I arrived I was met by an eager salesman and immediately told him that I had an agreed upon number already. When presented with the paper with the numbers, i.e. taxes, tags,...I noticed a $1000 discount that I didn't qualify for unless I financed through them. This was not discussed in my phone conversation with the young lady. This of course now raised my agreed to price by $1000. As you can imagine I was a little upset having driven an hour to purchase this vehicle and had others for a little cheaper setup, but further away. I had my financing so I didn't need theirs. My wife and I stood up and walked outside to call our bank and to talk about what had just happened. After a few minutes our salesman, the sales floor manager, and the finance person walked out and said that they would honor the agreed to number and if I financed through them they would also give me the $1000 discount. They couldn't quite match my APR, but it was close enough for me to go with their financing and still save me some money. Very happy with how things turned out.
