Smile Molle Toyota, Jay Wolfe Toyota Kansas City, MO

I want to give a heads-up for the excellent service that Molle Toyota provides. Their service department is top notch and takes cares of their customers. I didn't even buy my 2003 4Runner from them.

They took care of the following with no problem:
Sulfur Smell TSB
Front Passanger Chair cap falling off

I had the dreaded 'clunk' noise and my service advisor, Joe, immediedly knew the problem. He took the car in to get the drive train/shaft lubed, and the occurance is now gone..for now. He did it all for free too

Also, the place where I bought my vehicle, Jay Wolfe Toyota, has an excellent service department. They fixed the Sunroof problem, where it doesn't close completely and replaced the glass assembly because the seals were coming apart. They didn't have any problems and did it in a perfect manner.

Wow, I am sorry for the late reply! Yeah, when I bought my toyota certified 4runner, it has a 3 month 3,000 warranty (bumper-to-bumper). I then did the sulfur tsb using that warranty.
Joe no longer works at Molle, so the other service advisors are very good still.
I had to get other work done on my family's toyota's and David, one of the service advisors there, is very professional and courteous. Props to him.
