Thumbs down Molle Toyota of Missouri

Molle Toyota of Missouri.
Worst possible customer service:

1. Made an appointment several days in advance for dash rattle diagnosis/repair).
2. Brought the car in early in the morning (at time of appointment 0900)
3. Received no update ( had to call them @ 1300)
4. Service manager said they "diagnosing it"
5. Received the call @ 1430 from Manager saying "we can't do this today because there is no time left today"
6. I asked WTF were you doing whole day when I had this dropped off since AM.
7. Got an answer "well it takes time to diagnose these things" but the dash was not even removed. Later I found out from same Manager that only thing they did is test drive to confirm rattle. No Shlt?! That was the original customer complaint.

Bottom line: Nothing got done an they wasted my time. Because of that I will never use that dealer even though I bought my 2004 there. I do not recommend these jerks to anyone!

That is no way to win repeat business. I know it's a bit of a drive but Fletcher Toyota in Joplin, MO has been awesome to deal with for me in both Sales and Service.

Pappas in St. Peters has always been very good in my dealings with them. Olathe in Ks was the absolute worst I have dealt with
