Toyotapartsdeal.com Sucks A$$!
I usually order parts from Toyota of Dallas and had never had a bad experience other than the woman that answers the phone when you call is kind of rude, but absolutely no issues with any part I have ordered.
On my previous order I shopped around a bit and found guys were ordering from Toyotapartsdeal.com and they ended up being about $30.00 less for LBJ, bolts and TRD center caps.
I received the parts about a week later and the packing is so bad I am at loss for words. The parts were just thrown into a shipping box with absolutely no packing material what so ever.
The center caps are beat to $hit, Im sure the LBJ are still ok, but why chance it when my wife drives the T4R these will be going on.
I emailed them pics of the box, lack of packing and damage. Still waiting on word from them if they will replace the parts.

Look at the 2nd pic. With 2 heavy lower ball joints in a cardboard box and no packing material to keep them from moving around and damaging the contents, let alone the box.

If you’ve watched Seinfeld you’d know that you aren’t supposed to trust USPS anyway. Complain and see how they resolve this. Maybe they’ll hook you up.

I got several hundred dollars worth of parts from them like that too, ball joints, oil filters, sparkplugs and a bunch of other stuff all just scattered in a large mostly empty box like a tossed salad.
Broke 2 plugs and dented one oil filter.
No orders from me since...

They used to be good when they weren't in an OEM parts conglomerate that sold other OEM manufacturers parts. Now, why should they care.
Nothing worse than a business merger that takes something good and manages to screw it up royally.

Good to know. Stay away from onlinetoyotaparts.com also. It took me 6weeks and getting PayPal involved to get my $300 refund after I returned the wrong parts they sent me.

So today I found out that they are only order takers and not an actual dealership or shop. They just take the order and it’s shipped by a third party. I couldn’t get any information as to who.

Camelback Toyota has always done me well and usually cheaper than most.

Ok, so are they resolving it? Nothing wrong with big business if done right. Look at Amazon.

Amazon loses money every year. Hard to believe but true. Their recent purchase of Whole Foods may be providing some cash flow. Their motto should be "We lose money on every sale, but we make up for it with volume!!"

Broken during shipping …. make the post office pay … it's a write-off!

amazon last eleven quaters have been extremely profitable including 1.9 billion record holiday sales in 2017. Amazon deliberately keeps it's share of the magrins really low because the volume is what drives profits plus the cash cows are IT, cloud services and media.

I order from toyota parts deal quiet a lot and their packing is not good but their prices are probably the lowest and shipping time is pretty good. it seems like your package was not properly packaged and usps tossed it around. you should definately get new parts or a refund.
