Or they are paid .3 @ 18-20 per hour to change your oil. Either way, he's making between 5 and 12 bucks before taxes to change your oil. The list of things required to check and service during an "oil change" has grown to a list of 40 items, but you expect a "technician" to look over all those items carefully in 12 minutes?
It's just not possible. If you want good service, stop using the quick lube at the stealership. Only go there for warranty service, and find a local Toyota focused garage to service your vehicle. You WILL pay more than the Quick Lube at the Stealership, but you won't get ripped off in the end.

Lul???? I could not care less what the techs make changing my oil. They are paid to do a job a monkey could do and still manage to screw it up both times. They had the car for 2-3 hours each visit, they had plenty of time to get their shit done. I do have a problem with incompetence but can forgive it. I can't forgive dishonesty as easily and that is why I reviewed this dealer. I believe it was an intentional act to destroy my new wiper blade.
These service appointments were free and complementary so the rest of your response is irrelevant. I do not pay any mechanic, dealer or not, to do any type of work on my car outside of warranty or complementary. One would be surprised how quickly a 4 post lift will pay for itself by doing all work on your vehicles.
