Top Dealer For Online Parts Ordering? (w/VIN filtering)

I used to order from Toyota of Dallas, and now it seems they've taken down their actual parts site for a maze of nothing? https://www.toyotaofdallas.com/parts/index.htm

Now I'm finding Camelback Toyota and Olathe Toyota as next choices, but who seem to have clones of their parts sites...

1) Is there a Toyota dealer/site that allows you to enter VIN, but not just enter it, that actually and fully filters parts by it so you're guaranteed the right part lookup?

It seems a lot of sites are using a site template now that allows you to enter VIN, but that does NOT actually filter parts by it (wrong brake rotors showed up, that's how I know..."with 17" wheels" - wrong! Rotors were too big in diameter. Now I'm seeing the same thing with front sway bar bushings, multiple part numbers say "fits your 4Runner!"

Instead they do this VIN entry text field, implying the website will check the VIN for you, but it still doesn't check, it replies "Thanks for submitting your VIN." Meaning "well, if you order with us, we'll check the VIN for you." No, no, no, where is a VIN lookup tool without protectionist strings attached?

...not learning this lesson twice.

Yeah, been seeing that more and more, every dealers' online parts site is the same. All using the same software. Not just a Toyota thing, seen it on Hyundai and Chevy dealers' sites as well.
Rock Auto seems to have the most accurate info, but without the VIN capability.
If it's really critical, the old brick and mortar sites may be best.

I usually order from Camelback or Conicelli Toyota. Conicelli has had the best price I could find online a few times now.

I saw a video today where a tech mentioned the name of the software dealers use to enter a VIN and pull up everything about the vehicle; essentially the BOM. This whole situation reeks of scam - why would that be paid software? Why wouldn't the manufacturers put this on their websites directly? The whole vehicle sales channel needs a federal legal overhaul, about 170 degrees in direction change...

Does anyone know of a way to go from my VIN to a total list of all the correct OEM parts for my vehicle, online?

The dealers trying to control this is protectionism and should be illegal (think MLS, credit scores, and so on)...
