I bought my 4Runner in Sept. 2007 and love it. I purchased a SE V8...I also got the platinum extended warranty and the prepaid service, some people might think it is a rip off, however I felt it was worth it.
As for the sales experience. It was great. Price = Great, Customer Service = Great. There is nothing like getting a good deal from nice people.
As for the service department...every service I have received at Marin has sucked
It just seems like they are a bunch of a**holes that make me feel I should be grateful to them. I live in SF and am considering going to a dealership closer to home.
Anyway I love my 4 Runner...I should posy my pics of all the audio stuff I have done...anyhow, just my 2 cents
