Guys-
Bought my '03 4Runner from Mike Calvert Toyota in Houston, TX. Everything's great and fine, my house is broken into in March, they stole everything in my new 4Runner. I, luckily, had it Lojacked, so it's recovered, but my new baby has cosmetic damages everywhere.

Long story short, it's been in and out of the Mike Calvert body repair shop up until now, and there's till more to do.

All they had to do was repaint some stuff, change the roof liner, luggage rack, front grill, and buff. Well, they BREAK the luggage rack and have to get another one, they DRIVE OVER the new front grill and have to get another one, and they washed/dryed the car with a dirty rag and scratched up my clearcoat, ALL OVER THE TRUCK.

I am meticulous about detailing my 4Runner, I had zymoled it before it was stolen. . . and now they've destroyed the paint. SO, don't go there, end of story.


BTW, I have to take it back to them to repair a cut in one of the fenders THEY DID on the day I picked it up.. . and I'm going to make them get the scratches out. . .

sue them for everything they screwed up if they dont pay for everything take pictures of the damage too

First dealer experience today pretty bad couldn't even talk to them on the phone
