3rd Gen front door speaker upgrade...

Last night i replaced the front door speakers in my 3rd gen with some inexpensive Pioneer 2-way 6.5" speakers. Since the wire harness adapter left me with no way to connect the factory tweeter, i left it disconnected.

Do you guys recommend leaving it disconnected or should I reconnect it? I didnt have a soldering iron on me when i did the install, but its something i am fully capable of doing.
