ok, to get a LOC to work, you have the gray wire and gray with a black stripe wire, that's one speaker, There is also a white wire and white with a black stripe... that's the other speaker
The wires with the black wire on it is the negative wire for each speaker.
You just tap them inline with the speaker wires for usually the rear speakers. The two brown wires are for ground, DO not use them Unless you get a bad hum from the woofer. If there is a bad hum then you have to connect them to the ground of the headunit. (that's called a ground loop..)...
The RCA's should be able to be plugged into the Line Output Converter.
YOu can hook up your amp now! Run a remote wire off the headunit or something that turns on when the truck turns on to turn on the amp.
To purchase a LOC, you can get it at Best Buy, Circuit City, Crutchfeld....
(I'm a best buy installer.. and they run 26 bucks at our store)
