How to use bluetooth device?

I have Toyota 4Runner 2002,i have installed DVD GPS Navigation Player with High Definition Screen and BT RDS PIP /Steering Wheel Control,it has integrated Bluetooth Hands-Free Kit,but i don't know how to use bluetooth device?

It should have a discover mode when you set it up, it sets up just like you would set up a bluetooth headset. Put it in discover mode, and then from your phone or ipod turn on the bluetooth and search for devices. Once they find each other, you're all paired up and ready to go
