Question TV monitors/DVD system ideas?

Just wanted to say how helpful the members of this forum are.....

Have any of you tried adding video monitors and a DVD system to your '03s? I have a Sport Edition and I'm seriously considering popping a few monitors into the front seat headrests, maybe a system in the dash with an ejecting screen, and a wide aspect monitor in the pax visor. Problem is I know jack

Does anyone have any recomendations for good companies or compoent sources? (monitors, dvd systems, kits, etc?)

What about circuit city or any of the big name stores...do they do a good job at reasonable prices?

Does anyone have any pictures of additions they've made to their interiors?

I'd love to see your work and hear any ideas!!

That's definitely a nice job...I've looked through that thread before. I was asking more about monitors that are installed inside the actual headrest. I do like your work though and I'm leaning towards the mounting option especially since it'll be more flexible.

Vizualogic makes some really nice "in headrest" monitors, but be prepared to dig deep. At $649 ea. they're pretty steep.

Visor Monitor is here:

Alternatives to the headrests monitors:

If you're willing to do the cutting yourself, there's several places that that have kits. But what do you do when a monitor that's installed in headrest goes bad?

Definitely all very good points. I especially like the option you posted about the alternatives to the headrests monitors. I haven't seen something of that style that's so simple.

I certainly have to agree with you when it comes to price as well as the problems that can arise with dead monitors installed "in headrest".

Thanks very much for the advice and the links!!
