TACO TUNES as of 10-06-12

I am only posting this thread to warn other members about taco tunes customer service. I am no way bashing on them. I just want to let you guys know my current experience as of from 09/17/12-10/06/12

if you guys have not yet heard, (you probably didn't, but that's ok ) i have a been gathering car audio equipment for my install.

cliff note version:
Taco Tunes speaker adapters are really really good and professional
Taco Tunes customer service/communion is horrendous

Long Version:
(i know my grammar can suck so please be nice)

I ordered a couple sets of speaker adapters from Taco Tunes. (nice heavy duty plastic ones) front, rear and 2 sets of tweeter adapters. after emailing them multiple times from their website, Facebook message, and calling them, i received no response to find the correct size need for the speakers i have ordered.
Once i placed my order after looking everywhere online to find the cutout diameter, they finally emailed me back saying "oh we didn't get any emails you sent us did you use the right email address?"....are you kidding me gmail listed all the emails i set you over the pass week.
After that, they finally sent me a tracking number, but it was never really sent out, they said the label was ripped off and was sent back to them.
here is the USPS status :
Electronic Shipping Info Received :September 21, 2012
Accepted at USPS Origin Sort Facility: October 01, 2012, 7:35 pm

between the time of Sept. 21 and Oct.01, i emailed asking if they are still cutting out my speakers, and personally if they were i would have been totally ok with that because i knew it was a custom order. still got no email back.

Oct. 3 arrives and i finally receive my adapters. open the box and wow they are freaken awesome! very nice heavy duty plastic, nice cuts, came with mounting screws for the door and speakers, speaker adapter wires. good quality stuff! but as i dig further into the box i only received 1 pair of speaker adapters.
I emailed taco tunes right away about the missing set. i have yet to get a response from Taco Tunes as of today (10/01/12). i finally put in a paypal dispute hopefully i will get them soon or get a refund back.

again i am just letting you guys know my recent experience so please this is not about flaming/bashing Taco Tunes. I hope they can read this and finally get their act back together and be the company they used to be.

do they fit? I emailed them and they told me they were the same as the tacoma for the front door, I ordered them, when they arrived, the adaptors were fro a standard 6X9 opening like you get when you order speakers from crutchfield, I tried emailing them to return them but never got a response. The tweeters were usable though.
