3rd Gen Newbie looking for double din nav

Hey guys, just recently got a 2000 limited 4runner and the first thing I'm wanting to do is get a double din navigation system. I've been looking around and I think I'm liking one from JVC.
NEW JVC KW-NT3HDT IN-DASH GPS NAVIGATION DVD/MP3 KW-NT3 | eBay

Do you guys have anymore double dins to recommend? Just some features I must have are:
USB (for flashdrive)
GPS of course
Bluetooth isnt really a must
HD radio isnt either

Lastly, any major things I should look out for on the install? I've done a couple radio install before, but just seeing if there's anything special to look out for.
Thanks for any input guys!

One thing I didnt like was,
On the stock unit, when you listened to a CD the antenna stayed down.
On the new one, it stays up all the time.

Anyone know a way around this? Also my 4runner had a 6 disc changer in the back and that doesnt work any more either.

Any info on this would be great! Thanks for reading

answered

i know that this is an old post but i thought i would answer your question so if you are still interested or anyone is interested then its answered.
the head unit will not have the same characteristics as the old stock one, they are made by different companies thus will do things differently like the antenna, there is no way around it without changing to a different head unit.
and the disk changer will never work again i am sorry there are no more companies making disk changers thus no one is supporting them so if you have a disk changer the only way to get it to work is to get the head unit that worked with it from the factory, there is no after market head unit that works with disk changers. unless the new head unit has it built into the unit. if its in your trunk it wont work.

I also had that same problem with my AVIC N1 as far as the antenna always being up even if I am not using the radio. As for the disc changer, luckily my AVIC was able to connect w/ my old Pioneer 6 disc changer.
