Anyone know where I can get an OEM steering wheel with audio controls for my '06 SR5?

The steering wheel controls come with the leather wrapped steering wheel. The leather wrapped steering wheel is standard on the Sport Edition and Limited while optional on the SR5.

The audio controls doesn't have anything to do with the steering wheel itself. But in order to add the audio controls, you need to change the sr5/non-audio controls airbag for the airbag for audio controls. This has been discussed in another thread and the result was that it will cost over $500 to get the airbag, airbag cover, the audio control bank on the left side, and the blank bank on the right side in order to get it to work. That's not including upgrading to a leather steering wheel (which you don't need to have in order to have audio controls).

In case you're interested, here's a thread of my steering wheel install. You can see how the audio controls and the airbag are installed/removed and that it has nothing to do with what steering wheel you have. Also some people questioned about adding audio controls to their sr5's in this thread:
