Found, what is it and from where/what?

Running some wire yesterday and found this wedged between the frame and heat shield above the muffler. Looks like a bump stop but pretty small for that. Was it a lucky catch from one bouncing down the road? Little big for the top of a shock, but would make sense if the last owner lost it. Anyone?

Posted in the Gen 5 area as well. Looks like a stock top washer/bushing off of a front shock. How it found it’s way back to where it was who knows.
