Tire Pressure Sensor

I recently took my truck in to have a tire plugged. The donkey at SAMS knocked of the pressure sensor when dismounting the tire. I'm currenly waiting for a reimbursment but at the same time wanting to turn that darn warning light off. Does anyone know how I may do so?

There was a member who pulled the bulb for the light in the dash. Do a search.

You found him. It takes a little effort because you need to remove the instrument cluster to get to it. Start by removing the lower panel below the steering colum 2 bolts, pull the middle panel also two bolts (I believe) and you will see how the intrument cluster is mounted. Luckily the wiring was long enough to pull the cluster far enough forward so you don't have to disconnect anything. The light will pull out with a little effort.

Put a piece of tape across the lighted area of the dash.

Just not the same than feeling the gratification of ripping that light out
