TRD not fitting on my 05 V8 - Help!

I recently purchased a TRD exhaust for my 05 V8 (w/out XREAS.) I got it from a "reliable" seller on Ebay for $550 who apparently works or did work @ Toyota. Part # on the box is 00602-17400-019 which I found out has since changed to PTR06-89030-19. I installed it with two very knowledgable car freaks and I'm curious if anyone can help shed some light on all the issues I have seen with this product and to determine what I should do next. It certainly is not what I expected after the research I did. Issues I ran into:
1. the factory hanger on the passenger side near the cat is about three inches from where it should be with this exhaust.
2. the factory hanger on the passenger side near the tailpipe is too long and the end of the hanger hits up against a bolt on the rear panel causing the exhaust tips to rattle.
3. The additional hanger on the driver's side near the exhaust tip is adjustable, however even if I max it out to the bottom, the tip still hits up against the same bolt that the passenger's side does.
There is no play w/ the rubber hangers.
4. The y-pipe assembly is actually tight against the spare tire with no gap. It sits flush all around the front of the tire and the flange digs into the tire as well. This woud cause huge problems with heat transfer to the rubber of the tire. I tried to deflate the tire with no luck; still no room.
5. Bent flange on the rear y-pipe assembly. Once I bolted it down with a torque wrench to the proper ft. lbs.; the flange is bent as it is did not cause the pipes to connect fully even with the gasket in place. I ran the exhaust and there is a signfigant amount of exhaust escaping through that flange which is unacceptable as that will cause fuel efficiency issues on top of not fitting properly.

Has anyone else had these problems with this system? From what I have read here and on other forums; I should not be having these issues and it should fit right on. Thanks for any help...

I would do a search on exhaust or trd exhaust because I know there are different fit issues for the different years of the 4th gen.
