Cargo area cover for 2006 4Runner

I've been searching for a cover for the cargo area of my 4Runner. I found the Xtreme cargo mat, but I'd like to have something that will cover the entire cargo area.

My 4Runner came with the Toyota carpet mats for the front, back and cargo area and I went ahead and purchased a set of the all weather Toyota rubber mats for the front and back, but I'd really like something to protect the entire cargo area.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
David

Do a search for cargo liner and you'll find lots of opinions from the prior discussions.

I have the Xtreme Trail Gear cargo mat that Cabela's sells. Very nice fit and the color (grey) matches perfectly.

John, thanks for the suggestion of searching the forum for the Cargo mats. I did that, but didn't really find what I was looking for. I've seen the items mentioned so far, but was hoping for something other than a mat. I as hoping to find something that protected the wheel wells too.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Yes. There are three versions available, with or without double decker and third row models.

Edit: kubes71, I think your truck is the exact config like mine. Getting a hitch and bullbar for mine next.

pickerdd,

I think there is a cover that covers the wheel wells too. It's called bear liner i think. It was posted here in the forums before.

Here is my econo liner for the back. I load the back of the rig up with everything from lumber to rocks to our dog. Not sure what you put in the back of yours but these work great. Those placstic or rubber things look pretty heavy duty? Just take the camo out and shake it off when it gets cruddy. I have 2 sections, one covers good and the 2nd just lays on top. If they get too nasty I just throw them in the wash. I can also use them to cover up gear if it's higher than the stock pull back cover. Remember you don't have to spend a bunch of coin to get the jog done.

This looks like it may be what you're after, and it even works with the double-decker cargo system. It's a little pricey, though.

Thumbs up

Thanks! That's exactly what I'm looking for. Between that and one of the rubber cargo mats I should have plenty of protection for the cargo area of my 4Runner!
