Wasn't Planning on Duratracks but.....

Well Duratracks weren't my first choice but couldn't pass up an almost brand new set for $500. Now I just need to get the lift done so I can get these bad boys mounted up.

I had a set of them and they were okay. They didnt like snow, I dumped them and got General Grabber A/T2's and it was like riding on Marshmallows after that. Now that I am in the south with no snow I might look into them again and see of they soften up in this southern heat.

Thats odd, Duratracs are typically considered one of the very best snow tires.

I know, that's why I bought them. I was living in IL and I was all over the road with them. I love the sidewall on them and I like how they were offroad but I couldnt drive on the street.

I have the 255/75-17 Duratracks on my 04 and they did great in the snow. Everyone was impressed on how they handled. The only thing I noticed was they don't do so well in the rain. Set at 40 PSI.
