Old mixed gas cause check engine light?

2000 SR5 3.4 check engine light came on the other day.
I suspect it may be from dumping about 2 gallons of mixed gas from the outboard boat motor fuel tank into the Toyota tank last weekend. I've done it before with my old Dodge pickup without any negative results, but that had a 33 gallon tank. 2 gallons of mixed gas in a 18 gallon tank might not be enough to dilute it without problems?
It's throwing codes; P0171: System too lean bank 1, P1133: and P1130 both indicate an issue with the Oxygen sensor and P0125: Insufficient coolant temp for closed loop fuel control.
I'm going to clean the MAF sensor first to see if that clears things up. Just curious what others think about this issue.

Thanks,
Pilgrimtrucker

Was the gas also high octane?

I bet the 2-stroke oil caused the codes. I used to add 2-stroke oil (and lots of other types of oils) to the fuel tank of my diesel truck, but I would not recommend adding any oil to any gas engine's gas tank. Especially modern engines with MAFs and O2 sensors, etc.

Prolly stuff was already gunked up a bit and the 2 gallons just pushed it over so it threw codes. I'd just try to clean everything and give it a go.

Well, a bottle of seafoam (16 oz in a half tank) and a good cleaning of the MAF sensor has not eliminated the check engine light. Cleared the code after the MAF sensor cleaning but my hope was dashed after a short drive. Going to go have them checked again to see if any of the three have disappeared.
Will cleaning and time correct this or am I looking at replacing parts?

Are you having any drivability issues?

You may just have to run it until it is all gone or diluted enough to not make a noticeable difference anymore. To keep it as diluted as possible, I'd fill your tank back up every time it gets down to 3/4 for a few times then run it down to E and refill with clean gas and reset codes.....or drain the tank now and refill with clean gas. If they return still then I'd probably replace the fuel filter and try cleaning the MAF sensor and throttle body maybe?

Out of curiosity, what did you use to clean your MAF sensor? And did P0125 come back?
