Need wiring harness help with JBL HU upgrade 05 4runner

I've found a ton of help and walkthroughs for a head unit upgrade but they are all for the non JBL version. I have the 10 speaker JBL synthesis and I purchased a pioneer AVH-W4400NEX head unit to upgrade the toyota 16847 JBL unit that came stock on my 05 4runner. After lots of googling I found that I needed the Crux CS-TJ20 wiring harness (this is a newer model of the SWRTY-61J harness). However this harness only has 2 connectors (the ones im holding), and the factory wiring has 3 plugs. wtf?? Also, there are 2 headphone stye jacks that went into the back of the sock HU, I know one is the antenna, what is the other one?

the black plug in the pic is the one I have nothing to attach into

If someone could help me out and tell me what I need to do, or where I can go to figure this out I would be incredibly grateful.

Replying in case this is ever found by someone in same situation. Cliffs: You don't need to worry about the extra antenna jack, and you don't need to use all the factory plugs.

Ok, figured out what the 2 headphone style jacks are, they are both antenna as the 4runner has dual antenna, so you can just leave the other one unplugged.

Also, no idea what that 3rd plug is for, as you don't need it. You also don't even need the second white plug. I couldn't get the CS-TJ20 to power on the head unit, I tested with voltmeter and was getting power as it should. I had a TYTO-01 harness as a backup, so I tried that and it only connects to the one white plug, but it worked perfectly. So I don't have steering wheel control now, but I do have fade (the TJ20 doesnt do fade). Which is fine I guess, as I use the fade way more than I use the steering wheel controls thankfully. I put the stock HU back in and tried to see what wouldn't work by unplugging either of the other two plugs, and I couldn't find any change, so I really have no idea what they are for.

I am trying to add BT/AUX to my 04's jbl, took the dash apart and I was also surprised to find the 6+6 connector plugged into the HU, mine is white but your is black in the PIC, are you saying it did not change anything if left unplugged?

I thought the 6+6 port was usually used for cd changer or nav and I have neither, so it should have been open and could be used for GTA or similar style kit. I an going to unplug and see what happens today, otherwise will try using a 6+6 y cable
