Has anything changed in the speaker department on the 2019 TRD OR?

I am reading a ton of threads of people wit older 4Runners are changing out their speakers and adding a amp. I don't want to add a amp at all I am looking to just swap out the speakers for something better. I found this thread and like the speakers but the rear say they won't fit when I go to the Crutchfield site on the link. I have a few questions, What size is in the front and rear doors, What did you use in the rear hatch, I don't want to use the components. I would like to stick with all the same brand also if possible and I would prefer some 2 way or 3 way speakers. Also does anyone know what the speaker output is for a 19 factory head unit. I find it hard to find a reason to swap out the head unit.

I am thinking of this set up and using the stock head unit.

Dash - Rockford Fosgate R1T-S Prime Series 1" Mylar balanced dome tweeters at Crutchfield

Front doors - Rockford Fosgate R165X3 Prime Series 6-1/2" 3-way car speakers at Crutchfield

Rear doors and hatch - Rockford Fosgate R1525X2 Prime Series 5-1/4" 2-way car speakers at Crutchfield

Anyone have experience with them? The seem really low priced, do you think they are better than the stock speakers?

My '19 TRD ORP had the following:

3" "tweeter" in the dash (room for a 3.5" speaker with mods to the bracket)

6X9" woofer in front door (either replace with a 6X9 or get an adapter and install 6.5")

5.25" woofer in rear door (you could probably fit 6.5", but might need enlarge hole just a hair, and would to watch mounting depth)

6.5" rear hatch (you could probably fit 6.75", and again, watch the mounting depth)

I have upgraded to the following:
3.5" Infinity Ref 3022CFX dash
6X9 Infinity Ref 9620CX component frt door
5.25" Infinity 50.11CS component rear doors
6.5" Hertz HCX coaxial rear hatch
Kenwood KSC-SW11 8" powered sub under the passenger seat
2X Kicker Key 180.4 amps (one for frt 4 speakers, one for rear 4 speakers)

What's odd with the 4Runner is how they have wired the speakers;
The dash and front doors are wired in parallel, so they act like a component speaker set. A challenge you might note here swapping to a 1" tweeter in the dash position, the stock connector has a crossover capacitor soldered into it. You would probably need to replace that with one tuned for your tweeter vs. the existing 3" speaker/tweeter.

The rear door and rear hatch speakers are wired in series, and are noticeably quieter than the fronts (because they're splitting the same power between two speakers per L and R circuit).

If you don't mind running wires, you can split all these channels into separate circuits using your amp. It makes an enormous difference in the volume you can attain, and if your amp has the adjustment, you can tune each channel. It's a night and day difference, even with the stock head unit.

Cool PowerBass

I have an SR5 premium (w/Nav)

I used 2 pairs of:
PowerBass OE652-TY 6-1/2" 2-way car speakers for select Toyota, Lexus, and Scion vehicles at Crutchfield

and 1 pair of:
PowerBass OE69C-TY 6"x9" component speaker system for select Toyota, Lexus, and Scion vehicles at Crutchfield

purchases on ebay for 234$ total. They were a great improvement, but the 5 channel amp REALLY brought them to life.

The new speakers are in
