I would consider the following:
1) Does it have a locknut already? If yes, no threadlocker. If no, threadlocker.
2) Does it have to come apart frequently? If yes, probably anti-seize. If no, probably threadlocker.
3) exposed to high heat, anti-seize.
JBA (and really anything with a polyurethane bushing) says to loosen the bolts and nuts before greasing so the bushing doesn't explode. This means the UCA nut will be on and off, depending on the miles and driving conditions, you should probably be greasing the UCAs once per year at a minimum, and more if you have crappy winters, deep water/mud, etc.
It is not a locknut. So, I put threadlocker on the UCA bolts, and when I loosen to grease, I back the nut off to the point I can get a brush on the threads, clean up the threadlocker, then put a dab back on, grease, and re-torque to spec.
Summary: Don't come off, threadlocker. Comes off frequently and/or prone to rust, anti-seize.
And I'll add, if rust is a concern, spraying everything with fluid film and/or cosmoline spray can help even if you don't use anti-seize.
