Leaking Air Fitting (Viair)

I've been using a Viair 400P(A) for a few years, and finally decided to hard-mount for use as OBA with a 5 gallon tank. Just my luck, as soon as I decided to do that, it the fitting that connects the 150 psi pressure switch to the compressor manifold starting leaking at the swivel point (I am almost sure).

I've put a call in to Viair and hope they'll send me a new one.

If not, however, has anyone had similar issues? Is it possible that I am simply tightening it wrong? Is there anywhere other than Viair where I can get this fitting?

That looks pretty specific to the application. The Viair check valve option might not be cheapest by a few bucks, but the amount you'll save scraping the internet probably aren't worth it.
