Aftermarket Headers

Hi y’all! I’ve been recently looking at installing some new aftermarket headers on my 2015 SR5 T4R. I have a general idea of how to install some headers but I was wondering if anybody had any tips or tricks to making this process easier, or if anyone recommended a certain brand.

Currently, I’m running a 3” lift and leveling kit by rough country, an aftermarket flow master exhaust (I think 40 series), a custom built CAI, and stage 1 tuning chip (idrk if it even works) all installed by me. I have some mechanical knowledge but truly not much. Any help would be appreciated! I know the current stock headers are somewhat hidden down below next to the engine block and exhaust manifold cover.

Side note: I have been on the forums for a pretty long while now but have never posted. I apologize if this is in the wrong place or if I broke any rules. These were not my intentions! If you guys would like I could post some pictures if that would help! Thanks!!

Google there is a few out there.

I personally wouldn't recommend it we not driving a race car and with the minimal gains.

Headers are nice since the power boost is always there. No maintenance and no tuning (though tuning could make them better).

I am not super familiar with 5th Gen brands and options but the Doug Thorley headers for the 3th Gens are rock solid but can be a nightmare to install. Whichever one you do choose, try and get a brand that is 100% bolt-on for your specific year and trim.
