Harbor Freight compressors; alternative to ARB twin?

I was at my favorite odds and ends store, Harbor Freight.
I noticed these relatively small air compressors. 2-3gal..

They are really compact and could probably be taken off of the “frame” and made even smaller. They would need to be run off of AC power. I think most guys have some kind of inverter..

Anyhow what are your thoughts?

Check out the smittybilt compressor.

Amazon.com: Smittybilt 2781 5.65 CFM Universal Air Compressor: Automotive

There are write ups on installing on C4 2nd battery tray in engine compartment. Very fast.

Yep. That’s the compressed I use now. It seems like a beast I really like it.

It’s just kind of a pain to get it out, hook up power, connect hose, fill, remove hose, check pressure, repeat 3 more times….

I love those ARB installs and the air chuck that seems to operate like at the gas station..

The Smitty would be more enjoyable to use with a pressure switch..

Looks like the Smittybilt is a good alternative to Arb. I have a Viair and it works fine.
