Suspension back order problems

With the crazy backorder world we're living in is there any vendor that gets shocks in a reasonable time? I'm getting quote up to 30+ weeks for normal fox shocks. Insanity.

Maybe check Radflo? Bilstein are finally producing 8000-series shocks but I don't know what the backlog is.

When I looked just because recently it seemed that Radflo was the only option (and maybe that was just an internet illusion).

The internet is your greatest tool. Search through Google and start sending emails to every shop that carries the brands your looking for. However when you find them in stock someplace for a fair price you better jump on it fast. Trust me on this, I know what I'm talking about on this, lol!!!!!

I redid my suspension in May and I could not find anyone with parts / would do the work

- one shop quoted be 4 months wait time
- one said they just done have the time and are out of parts
- four never followed up with me after an initial phone conversation or two about getting work done

these were reputable top rated 4x4 shops anywhere from an hour to 1.5 hrs from where I live and nothing

mind you I live in Canada and only now shops are starting to open up so lack of staff + backordered parts make the issue worse for me. I'd say it will be at least 5 months before stock comes back if I had to guess

So, I've been looking at Eibach and Bilstein for my 2019 SR5 with no luck. That being said I saw Pro-Comp, Rancho, and somebody else that I can't remember now and they looked to have availability. Are they a much inferior product? I mean why isn't anybody using those systems. What am I missing here?

Edit: Skyjacker maybe?

All those brands are trash. You might as well just get OEM, KYB or Monroe shocks than spending extra money on Pro-comp, Rancho, Skyjacker, Rough Country.

Eibach - the kit is worth the wait.

IMHO: Pro-comp & Rancho are the CRAPPY dealer installed lifts that they install and markup to 2500$ or more.

Eibach or Bilstien is good for most people, after that higher end stuff (KING / Fox /OME rebuildable etc)
.

I just replaced a spacer lift on the front of my 99 SR5 with a set of ToyTec Boss 2.0 Aluma coilovers with 600# springs. Ordered on Wednesday and had them in my hands (in Alaska mind you!) Friday afternoon. And I think they are doing a 10% off July 4th sale too. Worth checking out.
