It is not a matter of names, it is a matter of substance. I suggest you spend some time learning about various options.
I had never heard of BDS but if this is what you mean, it is a mall crawling package:

Shock Surplus, between website and you tube covers the 101 level.
Accutune Offroad is a great place to get into some more detail if you want to go the 2.5 route.
Also take a look at Eibach and Dobinsons for entry level kits.
I think one should DIY any suspension components on an actively offroaded rig; if time or space do not allow or the rig will not see much dirt, then any reputable offroad shop should be able to install the suspension. There is no need to have a local dealer for a given suspension.
