Question Goodyear Or Bfg?????

Ive been shopping tires and it seems that i can get the Goodyear Triple Treads or the BFG All Terrains for about the same price.
my tires now are almost bald some i dont mudd too much but i think if i had off road tires i would more. Whats worth the price?

I think if you are even having hot & wet dreams about going off-road with your Runnah then you need to look at something other than the Forteras. They are a very road-friendly tire but I cannot see them doing too well off road.

I might be wrong - it happens on a rare occasion - but I would seek other rubber.

One thing...BFG AT KO is very good for off-roading, but it is only decent for mudding (as is the case with all all-terrains).

You should probably be looking at wranger silent armour since it has 50k warranty and is a better competitor to the a/t.

I know the silent armours have the snowflake symbol which is supposed to mean that they are specifically tested in snowy and icy conditions but I have never tried them in that weather. The michelin cross terrains may work as well if you don't go off road much but I haven't tried those either.

given your choice,

I'd take BFG ove Fortrera Trip Treds.

BFG is much better in most conditions; rocky, gravelly, dirt, snow, slush, and slop.

Trip Tred is suppsedly to be better in road/snow/rain.

The main difference is BFG has better traction in all conditions with fewer negatives while Trip Tred may be better by a smaller margin in road/rain, but falls by a wider margin to all the other conditions that BFG covers.

Or go Silent Armor.....

Toyota has so many things in standard that I don't need options.

I would agree. the TTred is a road tire and a superior one from research, while the BFG has advantages in all areas.
