Twice aligned, still have outside tire wear?
Got some Nitto Ridge Grapplers and loved them for a year, then noticed bad sway bar bushings (frame/inside were loose due to rusted brackets) and bad LBJs. Fixed issues with larger than stock bushings and had a shop do new LBJs but noticed bad outside tire wear up front on both sides.
I'd love anyone's advice on what to do mechanically if anything to stop the outside edge wear since the wear seems to have continued after the fixes and even after two alignments. pics below of spec sheets of most recent two by same shop that did LBJs. I've rotated well enough that I'm thinking about having the tires flipped around since they all have outer edge wear.
Pertinent info (maybe):
2002 SR5 @312k
OME 881/890 with ~180k/15 years on them
New LBJs but after some tire wear
Sway bars/end links fixed but after some wear
Panhard bar adjustable brackets so it's lined up right
I corner hard and drive in extreme crosswinds in Wyoming.
Pics of alignments and FL tire:

If I were you I would check the toe and camber myself and adjust as necessary.
Download 'Angle Pro" on your phone, or purchase 'Gem Red" level box, it's cheap, to check camber.
Check your toe at wheel center front of tire/rear of tire. I have a couple of 6x6 cut to the height of wheel center line, place one in front of each front tire then measure across from center of tread to center of tread and record. Then put the 6x6 in back of each front tire and do the same. If the difference (toe) is more than 1/16" in or out, adjust it with tie rods to 1/16", or less.
Put a straight edge vertically across your front rim and use angle finder to measure camber. I like them almost vertical, but a degree either way is fine, IMO. If you find that the top of your tires are tilted out a couple of degrees I would have camber adjusted to straighten them out, vertical to 1 degree in at the top.
I have SPC UCA, so I can adjust camber myself. I have Michelin LTX 265/65R17 with 50k miles, they have perfect tread wear. I also run my LCA in the neutral position and locked in that position with cam eliminators.

I found the chunkier the rubber pattern the harder it is to correct wear patterns by driving.
Our solid rear axles can straighten out tire treads.
You might try running the worn front tires on back for as long as necessary. Assuming the current tires can be rotated with ok tread on front.

I watched a 20 minute video on youtube yesterday that you might find interesting: "Everything you need to know about Alignments" by Overland Outfitters. I think you would find it useful, he discusses Toyota specifically.

Thanks guys, liked etc. each of your replies. I will first just rotate since the rears are still ok, a lot better actually. Airing down the rear to 29 and the front to 31 should have helped but not enough I guess.
I've done a fishing line alignment before but I'll take the advice to just use an angle meter or my phone to check things first. Issue is that I don't have a truly flat spot to do it so we'll see how it goes. The angle meter on my phone is fairly good, I use it to level out the thing when I sleep in the back for work like I've been doing recently in the field so that's a great idea.
I'll check out that YouTube vid tonight. Sorry for not checking back again sooner but I've been camping on a very remote jobsite after a client asked me to get some work done for good money suddenly.. Gold is through the roof and exploration services are in demand.

Something I also use is a straight board about 66" long, Like a 1" x 3" x 66", and I've marked two lines 61" apart on it as that is the listed track width for my 4th gen. I use this as a quick check for toe, I can put it on the 6 x 6's I use to measure toe, put one of the marks in line with the center of one wheel and then look at the other end to see if it's on center or is off one way or the other.
